You can't. I've not used my MPVI3 on anything. Even if I send the ECM for physical unlock, I can't reach an authorized tuner (I'm outside US).
I appreciate the effort on this kind of "close" beta testing to a new platform. But time is running, and now it's 2024 and I'm feeling behind as a tuner, since I'm not able to get hands on Global B. ...

Thanks for the input. It resulted on a Cyl #6 missfire that was getting the AFM, VVT off and the trans was acting weird (also temps were on the high side). I fixed it and now it works perfect!!!
