I looked around the forum, and have not been able to find any threads related to my issue. I'm trying to install VCM Suite 4 (4.0.9.0) on my work computer, and I get an error stating "Installation...
Oh no I was not able to purchase, I said "If I purchased an MPVI2 upgrade today". I'm looking to upgrade, and I'm just trying to figure out how long I would be down.
I have had the upgrade option...
I know the HPT staff has been very busy answering questions over that last week or so, and most of the questions do seem to echo. I searched around and did not find an answer to my question, and if...
Looking at you file it does not seem to command TCC lockup until 3rd gear and 60 MPH plus. To be completely honest you should be having some serious driveability issues (wanting to stall the engine...
Post a .hpt file
Shawn might have been confusing the way HPT treats Mercedes files by generating a stock file from scratch whenever the vehicle is read. In other words for Mercedes vehicles with 156 engines I think,...
Yeah, just odd since they both are 2010 vehicles. What are you thoughts on vehicles with stock injectors. When tuning setting the 45-80 or so Celsius part of the Injector Temp. table zeroed out so...
That looks nasty. Its been a while since I had to setup my WB, but if I remember correctly the voltage offset was used to try and calibrate the reading in the scanner to match the gauge reading. ...
My 2010 Silverado 5.3L LC9 E38 has the Inj. Temp. Offset all zeroed out in the stock factory read. Take a look at the picture of the table below.

Now looking at a stock 2010 Camaro SS also...
Got interrupted by the phone. A lot of people have probably seen that video on YouTube, and you know how that goes... monkey see monkey do.
HP Academy from New Zealand had posted a YouTube video about a year ago about this.

You beat me to it, got hung up on a phone call with a customer. I thought that was also strange.
"60lb injectors" - What injectors? Make sure you made all the necessary changes correctly for those injectors (using the correct injector data).
"3 bar MAP" - Make sure you have the MAP data...
Sorry to hear about your health, hope you get better. If you get around to messing with the Jeep again, feel free to message me or ask any questions on here. The HPT community is one of the best.

Got a chance to look over your "The stock tune is attached. I just disabled the VATS, EVAP and enabled 2 cooling fans.", and I noticed that the VE still seemed odd. So I downloaded some stock files...
Nothing. If it is still in the zip folder it will not function due to the contents being compressed. You have to extract the contents from the zip folder, and that will make a new regular folder...
Well, that is not really the way PE functions. You have your PE Enable criteria that the module has to see before it will consider going into PE, and on top of that you have your throttle...
Here is a screen grab of a stock VE from a 2001 Suburban I have tuned

My understanding of the P1514 is that the module references the MAF and the VE calculations to verify if the throttle body is flowing the correct amount of air.
Maybe 5FDP or someone else that has...
Just also ran across the Bluecat Trans software on this thread:
https://www.hptuners.com/forum/showthread.php?44953-Bluecat-Transmission-Table-Software
The download link is still working.
Dwright122 did that per the The Tuning School guide he has mentioned earlier. Their A6 guide has you disable torque management, actually even their new GM A4/A6 guide also has you disable torque...
"2003 LQ4/4L80e/4.10, bone stock with LS1 intake, shorty headers & CAI"
I meant to ask you... what injectors are you running? LQ4 or LS1 injectors?
I'm assuming you still had the MAF codes set to error on 2nd, if so that is why it took the second start to get 1514 to set again.
If MAF P0101, 102 and 103 are still set to error on 2nd, set them...
"2nd run
I zero out the MAF, DTCs are set to error on second"
I would try setting the MAF Frequency Fail High to some thing like 5 Hz or 50 Hz (something very low, but not bottomed out to 0 Hz),...
