Solved. Updated original post.
Sorry. Just now getting back into this after a long hiatus. Yes please share your tune file. Maybe I could glean something from doing a compare.
Awesome! Thank you for the reply.
I will look into all those things this weekend.
I have a mechanical gauge on the rail. Maybe I can rig up a go-pro to watch it while I drive...
Hey guys. I'm looking for some help. Long story short, I see PE being commanded in the tune/scan, but I'm not seeing it on the wide band. This is a new problem. I've been driving this truck (weekly)...
Hadn't even thought of contacting them. Just sent an email to their support desk. Thanks!
I'll give this a shot next. Thanks for the reply!

Here's the story: I have a 1984 K10. I swapped in a 2001 5.3/60e and kept the original '84 NP208 transfer case. I needed a simple way to generate VSS pulses for the PCM and also retain...
I have a friend with a 2008 Silverado. Originally came with the 5.3 LY5. He replaced that with a 6.2 LS3 from a 2010 Camaro. It starts and runs on the factory calibration using the original truck PCM...
Or something like this?

Thanks for the confirmation. An arduino might be a cool little project.
Not sure if this is possible...
I'd like to be able to check the ethanol content of my fuel by using an off the shelf content sensor (like this...
Hmmm...
I have all 3/8" supply connections and 5/16" return connections. I used -6an for all the lines though.

You're probably still in "basic" view. Go: Edit>View>Advanced.
Does it have fuel pressure and spark?
Your setup sounds very similar to mine. '02 LQ4/80e into a '97 S10.
Thanks! I think I see what you're saying.
I'm going to return all the trans tables back to base, other than the speedo stuff, and see how it acts. The donor truck had 245/75-16's with a 4:10 rear....
Details: 2002 LQ4/80e in '97 S10. Full Transgo HD2 kit.
Trans tune is mostly stock, other than Gear/Tire Wizard changes for different rear ratio and tire size. I also made some changes to the Part...
I stand corrected:

Looks like it all needs to be there. Man... California... Ouch.
What are the requirements for passing smog? Certainly wouldn't be an OBDII check for an 80's jeep.
Gotta just be a tailpipe sniff and visual check for cat(s), no?
They may require EGR and EVAP...
From the guide I'm using:
I think not resetting the LTFT's each time is what has me messed up. Going to reset them for sure each time from now on.
Edit: 5FDP beat me to it. Better...
I did not. In either scenario. I didn't think I'd need to reset them for my VE/OL scan since I have LTFT's disabled in the VE/OL tune. Not the case I suppose?
I can see why I should have reset...
Spent more time dialing in my VE table the usual way;
Failed maf, disabled DFCO, set OL & CL EQ ratio to 1 between 140? and 230? ECT, disabled STFT, disabled LTFT, disabled CL by setting IAT temp...
Can't say anything good or bad, but this guy is here in Tucson.

Interesting.... This is a swap as well.
Sounds like there are a couple possible solutions. I have to do some testing.
Thanks for the help guys!
I'll give that a shot for now.
Didn't even think about a rev limiter being an issue. I haven't messed with any of the shift tables. Then I remembered... I adjusted the speedo. That affects the...
I was out driving today, getting some logs for tuning the VE table when I noticed something strange. On the expressway cruising at 50mph, I'd roll into the throttle to 100%. Trans would drop to 3rd,...
This is definitely something I will dig deeper into in the future. Seems like you can really isolate specific things using the filters.
Just trying to absorb the basics right now. That's a big...
