You can try Throttle Adaption Disable.
Its a pain to correct the PE table with the FA enrichment rate to get the right AFR.
EQ Error isnt a help, so I try to use a lambda of 12.4 instead of the commanded EQ vs WB.

This is a stock 2013 challenger R/T AT file. Gives you better performance in a charger by transmission settings.
I got a 91oct Diabl* file too.
Look into a 2021 5.7 charger tune and it can be set.

Long tubes, cats and exhaust let the boost gets a little down. The 5.7 with stock internals isnt very durable under high boost....and thats what Whipple try to avoid, I think.
