Reset all adaptives can be found in the Scanner. The green On looking button. Vehicle Controls & Special Functions under Engine / Reset All Adaptives. Not sure if you can do the TCU only.
It is located under System / General / Active Exhaust. You can change all 8 tables to 100% and write the tune to the vehicle.

Open the knock sensor tables, select the entire table and time it by 50%. Problem solved. Run good gas.
