Super newb question...... I have the gm hptuners, if I want to be able to do dodge as well I have to re buy the software and cable just for dodge?

I'm working on a 02 silverado... I'm new to hp tuners I've only played around with my own stuff. A friend did the 80e with the relay mod it runs and drives fine. Just at wot it shifts way to early.....
