Ive noticed lately that sometimes when im scanning a vehicle not just one specific one that the scanner will just pause like it loses connection and then jumps back on sometimes it completely freezes...

Im pretty sure you arent supposed to tie the wideband into the factory computer. I may be mistaken, but it sounds to me like you are sending signals to the computer that it doesnt understand.
What type of wideband are you using?
Im a little confused on to what you are trying to do with the wide band? are you running the hp tuners pro interface? or are you trying to incorporate the wideband into the factory computer?
if the egr is enabled its going to be looking for extra air flow from the egr at idle. Try enabling stall protection under torque management. if you are using drive by cable and not a drive by data...
Its asking you to license both the tcm and the ecm? if the FSCM is showing up to read on the prompt click do not read you shouldnt have to modify the FSCM if you arent using forced induction. Any gm...
What make and model?
Is your egr still enabled??
most likely you will need a gm MDI scan tool and access to TIS online.
first thing i would check is for vacuum leaks. make sure the brake booster check valve is working correctly. the brake booster could have an internal leak. try blocking off the brake booster line...
