No, the tune above is not stock. I've posted my stock tune in the past.
Cam tables are modified. My stock tune file is posted.
No dyno information, but here is my latest tune file.
Yes sir, this is correct.
For some reason I thought the 2008 Cobalt SS was included in the stage kit already released but looking back at the instructions it's not.
Well, because they are purchasing the stage kit installing the sensors that come with the kit and then driving to the dealer with their authorization code to have the PCM flashed.
I will mention...
You can't go to the dealer and have the PCM flashed with the LNF stage tune without purchasing the stage kit. The stage kit is serialized and comes with an authorization code required to retrieve and...
You won't be able to do this. The 19212670 kit is serialized and comes with a specific authorization code the dealer has to use in order to gain access to the correct tune file.
The tune Andy posted is the just the GM LNF stage tune. It doesn't include any other changes.
I don't have an HHR SS A4 GM stage .tun file, I've only seen the HHR SS M5 .tun file. I would hate to toast a PCM trying it.
 I don't know if this will work or not, someone from HPT would need to speak up here.
Sensors and harness are available separately but they won't do you any good without the reflash. The reason we see so few changes is because we don't currently have access to some of the other key...
Agree, we obviously don't have access to many, many tables and parameters in the PCM. The DAL table is hardly touched.
HPTuners, can we get access to the tables in play here?
.….and the tune file:D
Yep, but he hasn't posted it anywhere I know of.
UPS just dropped off my stage kit, so I'll be installing AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I'll post the tune in a day or so.
Thanks Bill! Hard for me to believe.....If no one beats me to it, I'll be sending mine AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Thanks for the link. The support and $money$ aspects are understandable. I guess I'll have to wait and see if anyone will post the tune. If not, I'll do it once mine is installed.
Surely someone has already done this. It seems strange everyone is quiet about this knowing what an uproar everyone caused with HPT to get them to support the LNF.
Has anyone tried to read the PCM with the new GM stage tune kit installed? Mine will be here sometime next week, so I'm curious.
These would be great. I'm still waiting for fuel system pressure and duty cycle PIDS!!!!!
PM sent! Thanks!!!!
Sounds AWESOME! I'll PM you so I can work out a time to come by with the Z06. Thanks!!!!!
Could we just splice into the TC button wiring? I would like to leave the OBD connector free so I can plug in HPT at the same time. I'd easily pay the 20 additional bones for this option.
This is great! Could you have the option to set the start up value to any of the modes available? i.e. Normal, competition, off
