Do you have WB?
But I'd say you are a stitch too rich. Lean PE up two tenths and try it again. See my attached example. If you dont have a 180 thermostat, consider it. I have extended 12.6 out to...
Try this
Forgot - Fuel pressure please :D
Hey,
You're not scanning enough parameters.
Would like to see;
Primary O2, Both fuel trims, Maf and commanded afr to start with.

Greetings.
I have a 2003 GP that I installed an LS1 TB, TPS and IAC on.
At idle, the IAC responds correctly with the control range running about 30 to 40.
However when coasting to a stop and...
You do realize they are double run overlays? In both cases where the stock cam is implemented power stops at 5000 Rpm.
If I was you, my first step would be to beg, borrow or steal a set of high ratio rockers and re-dyno the car. This should give you the heads up you are moving in the right direction.
Here is yet another WS6 stock cam that hits the 5000 Rpm wall.
Why are we looking at ignition? Are you logging miss-fires?
My opinion is you are out of camshaft.
I have included a dyno graph from a 2000 WS6 that shows the change before and after a custom...
Correct. If you started with your stock WS6 you should not have DOD lifters.
Gm matched the intake and cam to give you lots of low end torque. It gives you that "kick in the pants" feeling at a...
Kevin at Cartuning spent a great deal of time this winter chasing the problem. He has already posted here so i expect he will chime in as he is rather long in the tooth and well healed in the art of...
The dyno graph above was with DOD lifters. I have not yet solved the problem. Others in the industry felt it was the DOD lifters causing the problem.
And it could be, but im not completely...
Looks familiar to me too.
Odd,
The IDC is only 68% yet the IPW is pinned.
He's Right. Make it shift properly with a stock tune first.
Cheers :burnout:
No. The tranny and TCM changed in 2003. A rewire is possible. But you really dont want a 2001 tranny anyways. The splines on 4 gear are made of butter.
Cheers:burnout:
Thanks Billy:)
Got it. We're up and running.
Cheers:)
Hi,
I am working with Kevin at Cartuning. However I cant read his tunes. We suspect he has a new version.
Does anyone know where i can get the lastest greatest so I can read his tunes?
...
Currently doing a E40 to E67.
Stay Tuned.
Hey Guys
Thanks for the response.
You are correct, the Lb/h specs are pretty much the same. It was really only the electrical connect that changed.
When I first started out, the LTFT's were...
Greetings all.
I have a 2000 grand prix that a shop cobbled a 2001 Implala motor into.
Now i have to sort out the mess :)
Before I begin, I will mention they changed the injector plugs on...
Hey ED,
Thanks for the info anyways. I just learned the converter doesnt support the LS4 motor. Cam sensor is different.
Looks like its time to split the motor open.:banghead:
Cheers
Mike
Yes it does help Ed, thanks muchly.
Would you know if the reluctor wheel is in the same spot as your LS2?
Cheers
Mike
Yes im now hearing the cam is different too.
I wish to stay with the 24 as that matches the E40 ECM thats is the car. So I have a motor that i bought with only 5,000 km on it, but its an 2007...
