Everywhere else I have found shows the exhaust cam only ever retarding and never advancing?
Inlet:
Max advance: 20 degrees
Max retard: 50 degrees
Exhaust:
Max advance: 0 degrees
Max retard: 50 degrees

That is the $8000 question.
I was hoping someone would have logged what advance / retard the Ford control module puts into the cams on a run.
Is there any chance of piston to valve contact with standard Gen2 cams and phasers? Can I move the phaser all the way to there mechanical stops when on the dyno?

Sorry this is not clear.
The 20 degrees BTDC and 9 degrees ATDC refer to when max lift occurs with the phaser in lockout/deenergized state.
