Now the Tune you wanted to see....Thanks
Ok here is the log that you can see when Desired airflow goes down.Sorry took me so long help wife get ready for Holidays haven't had any time to play with car.Ba HumBug LOL
Ok Cool Google ,Also I forgot to mention that my Idle rpms are very unstable have been since this engine.it will fluctuate 100 rpm
ok will post tune later tonight ,I am at work
Oh ,I forgot to say that after Idling for that long ,Also using the gear selector made it start idling a little higher also ,my Idle in gear rpm is set the same as my Idle in park rpm.
Yes I covert them to grams/sec I keep it like this so I can actually see my coolant temp.If I pump the brakes in park my RPMs do come up 100 to 200 rpm.But what would be leaking and why does it take...
Ok ,It does seem to be working when cold ,because I can hear it pulling in air because I am telling it i needs alot of air when cold.
No my base airflow is lower as motor warms up ,I am commanding it 1.12 at this coolant range which is right until it runs there for about 20 mins or so then Desired Airflow drop to .6 to .5's ,engine...
When Coolant temps are in the 190 to 200 range I can Unplug my IAC and no change in airflow and No change in Idle either?Does this mean it is no good?
Ok on my 408 with a 90 MM Fast Intake ,TPIS 90 MM TB with NO HOLE,244 [email protected] cam,I get my Iac counts down to where I want them Get effective Area set ,Idle Air real close and the when car Idles for...
I Have a TPIS 90 mm TB with no hole in blade.
Yeah I know ,thats why Im trying the TB adjustment screw. My IAC counts are almost maxed when cold
I am going to try to make it Idle lower as well ,Them maybe it won't go so deep in the map ,It doesn't go as deep into the map when warmed up to operating Temp.My thought is because it Idles so high...
I was wondering if I should shoot for a lower Idle,I have A4 Trans with 3800 Verter and a 244 248 @ .05 cam not sure about other specs. My Dyno Tuner has it at a 1000 Idle do you guys think I can...
Car is Tuned Open Loop ,Closed loop shut off by my tuner. As far as VE tuned not sure, I don't have Hole in TB ,I just used the screw to open blade a little bit
Ok Thanks Google ,I now am at 20's to 40 in IAC Counts my Dynamic Is larger than my Desired air flow but not by much and have already shifted my table to the right 3 spaces,I think I need to move it...
Ok Thanks guys ,To get the IAC counts where I wanted them ,I actually Had to move the TPS again and NOW at WOT I have 4.5 Volts and .55 at Idle
This is on a 99 PCM with a 244 248 @ .05 Cam.What I did to the TPS was as you stated above ,I had to crack the TB Blade 4% ,TPS Voltage was .69 Then I moved the TPS to get .55 at Idle and locked her...
Ok Google or anyone Else.I now have my TPS at Idle .55 volts and 4.35 Volts at WOT. Is this the Cats Meow?Ok This is the first time in 3 years I have really been working with my Cold Idle...
Ok Thanks Google ,I will give it a shot...
It does Open 100% at WOT ,Blade is open all the way and HPT Scanner shows 100% but Voltage is only 4.2 @WOT
Google Yeah it does ,if I got 4.2 volts I do Have 100% blade opening
Yes I got how it works.I could end alot of my problems by opening the TB Blade abut 2-4 % move my TPS to get .47 volts at Idle but here is the question.By me moving the TPS my Voltage at WOT is only...
So bringing in the effective Area will bring down my counts as well?
Ok I am trying to dial in my IAC by opening up the Blade with the screw on my 90 mm TB ,But by doing so I have .65-.67 Idle Voltage but got 4.5 Volts @ WOT.I tried opening up the TPS holes to lower...
