The 7.3 mainly had ICP pressure, and pulse width changes between the tunes injector timing were not far off from stock if at all iircc.
Can you upload a log with layout "Chart Vs Time" FRP Desired, Frp Actual, FCA Desired, FCA actual?
You disabled it in the master DTC list but left the mater disable enabled wouldn't that cause it to still function unless its unplugged?

Everything looks pretty similar except the ve tables, spark being .5 - 1* different, and stat up fuel in low temp cells
Would it be safe to assume the ve tables are different due to different air...
