Just to clarify. When you say that its supported in beta, can you actually read the PCM? or can you only open a file that has been read by ngauge? supporting the ngauge file is one thing,...
i'm sure one is used for regen. just don't know which, or what the others do. config 0 and 1 seem to be the primary tables. they are referenced most often through out the file
bump. c'mon, doesn't anyone know the difference?
Ran across something interesting today. my brother in law was trying to tow a uhaul trailer with his 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee today. the factory wiring harness was not functioning. after trying...
so is the scheme a pure averaging method? or is there some sort of low-pass or high-paas filter involved? (analog or digital)
my gut feeling is that its a mutiplier for the table "maximum torque" right next to it. but don't quote me on that its just a guess
i asked the same question a while ago in another thread. the response was: see engine->torque management->general->Torque request scale factor. there are three tables, high, low, and reverse
was support added for the EEC-V PCM out of 96-05 mustangs in version 3.0 or 3.1 beta?
to clarify, it rejected changes to the SCT "offroad" tune but accepted changes to the gearbox "offroad" tune? very interesting indeed.
legend has it that HP will stack with a gearbox Z. see previous posts. although i swear i heard HP will overwrite it in the background. unfortunately, VCM scanner does not have a supported channel to...
i just opened my stock .hpt file from my 2008 corvette and noticed A LOT of parameters did not show up. for example, the entire transient fueling tab is blank? what gives?
55948
all these tables seem to be based on torque demand (at least one axis). so is there a table that maps pedal position to torque demand? or is that fixed and you just adjust the fueling instead?
i too am wary of the long pulse width at high RPM. for example at 3k RPM, the crank moves about 80 degrees over a 4500 us pulse. even if you start the injection 20+ deg BTDC the piston is already 1/3...
if these haven't been suggested yet, some requests regarding graphs in the editor:
1) in compare mode, when graphing there are options to "show main", "show compare", and "show differences"....
