You most defiantly can tune the 4.0, both jtec and jtec+ ecu's but its needs to be a mpvi2 the new mpvi3 doesnt support jtec "yet"

It seems newer versions of the software have removed that tab as well as some dtc's. so you can no longer access them unless you have an older version of vcm editor.

You'll have to use o2 sensor harness extensions or make your own and plug the o2s back into the upstream harness. I would do that first then go after the delay tables.

Do you have before and after logs?
Did the headers move the o2 sensors by any noticeable amount? Ive seen that cause some issues before and you have to change the o2 sensor delay. Usually under Engine-fuel-02, it should be labeled...

Okay as an update i have try up to +3 and -3 degrees in the cruise tables and felt no discernable difference except around 50-55kpa around 2100 rpm at +3 she was definitely struggling up the hills.
