You have a good batterie on your truck? Sometime voltage is a bot low
When it surge timing is 13? for like 600us at like 1500rpm....its too advanced...its not causing the surge but it still too advanced...the issue is rail pressure im 98% sure of that
But he have a big pump and still use mostly stock fca dc table....this will make rail surging....and he have 13? of timing at 1500rpm....way too advanced
play with DC to current and/or base DC tables.....and reduce timing at cruising area.......and idle area.....0 to 3 at idle and 5 to 8 while cruising is enough
Disconect and reconnect with vcm scanner on mine can take 10 try
142847
here is the stock tune same os
You need to have it flashed with correct vin
30-31? of timing is still "safe" to run....and 175mpa too
Duration depend on rpm and injector
Pm sent
Wasnt that hard...its an issue with memory integrity...just need to turn off the core protection...but my windows dont have the "switch" i had to go in registry of windows to turn it off and fixed it
Issue fixed....mpvi1 work with win 11
Ok i got it working...small tweak in registry...mpvi1 work on a tablet with windows 11
You will not try to make a patch at hp tuners?
On my laptop i have windows 11 and my mpvi1 work but not able to make it work on my tablet with windows 11
Someone use mpvi1 with surface pro? On mine usb driver dont load correctly
No...ecm are too old...you can see injector balance on 2004.5 and up

There is lof of improvement we can do??

Come in private message or post the tune and a datalog we will help
Yes tps goes to 0...why you wand to see that??
Should add some timing....you are shooting a lot of fuel aptdc
Anyone at hptuners ever saw that??
My new mpvi2 connect perfectly and datalog with vcm scanner on bluetooth on my jeep patriot...on my dodge cummins it connect via bluetooth but wont datalog...channels remain dimmed....but it work...
Yes jimP 03-04 and 04.5-07 have different piston and spray pattern...but with stock injector timing tables are pretty much the same
