They must be more than just VIN locked, they must be locked to the serial number of the PCM too. Wow, it's not like you are ripping them off, you can not use the old pcm.

You have to set up a PID in your scanner to log shift aggression when you change your car from Normal to Sport and Track. Then you would have to do the same in a Hellcat and copy those track settings...
