ok well i did what russ k said as well as moved my 3-4 gear shift down alittle and it is working out quite well...it locks and stays locked ans since i moved down my 3-4 shift it happens soon enough...
yes that is why its a little scary doing it without a WB, but rehardsupra really knows his stuff which is why i trusted his hint. I'm thinking i may back off alittle maybe 1.18 or back to FOFF's 1.2
Well i have no wideband and don't have anyway to check actual AFR. MY car is basically a stock car, just bolt-ons and a converter. While reading through some of the Blogs by redhardsupra he said HERE...

i doubt the switch is worn b/c my car only has 23k miles on it....also i think we came to the conclusion on ls1tech that my car is locking in third then unlocking to shift to fourth then relocking in...
sorry but im alittle lost??but to answer our question the converter never unlocks once it is locked on the highway. It only happens at about 30-40mph and only for about a 5mph gap and then relocks...

i have the same converter and am trying to get it to stay locked as well... i was told to log TCC mode and misfire current cylinder b/c even if its not setting the p0300 misfire code, misfire counts...
