I have 9690 set to 7500 in all modes. The last log it was still hitting engine rpm limit but I do not have a log after changing the high pressure pump rpm limit. My friend who I am tuning for said it...

This is not a file I would run around on. Multiple issue with it and downshifting is spastic. If you can compare with the EU tune and it fixes your issue let me know. I will send a good file to you.
