Only thing makes sense to me is fuel pressure somehow way higher all of the sudden?
Outxxxx file is run8 log, other tune is just some slight timing changes and since it was 11.7 in middle of pull tapering down to 11.5 I added just a couple percent to get it on commanded air fuel but in back to back pulls it was WAYYYY richer even though injector duty, VE etc only show very slight changes?
