Hello Has anyone deleted the MDS on a 2019 ram Hemi with hp tuners

I have deleted MDS in a number of charger/challengers by simply disabling the function in the tune. You can keep the stock cam and MDS solenoids in the car. For the trucks, I would imagine it works the same.

To disable you certainly can do that through the tuning. To delete it you need to pull the heads and replace lifters as well as cam, then disable in the tune.
