    2012 Challenger 392 with TVS2300 Magnuson / need stock Hellcat tune as a guide

    Hey, I have a 2012 Challenger 6.4L 392 with a 2.3L Magnuson Supercharger on it. I'm trying to tune but learning at the same time.
    My tune seems OK but im sure im leaving alot on the table.
    Does anyone have a stock or better Hellcat tune I can use to give me some ideas?
    I would be more than thankful.

    I would get pro tuned but I want to learn and the current setup will only be there 6 months max.
    I'm building a new 2021 based 392 with all forged internals and a 3L Whipple.

    I also have a 2016 Charger x cop car that a 2018 392 with MDS delete and a stage 1 supercharger cam is going in with the Magnuson off of the Challenger. The Charger has a good running 5.7 but I don't like anything under 6 liters.

    Truck = 6.2L
    Challenger = 6.4L
    Charger = 6.4L (soon)

    Thanks,
    PACMAN

    Here is a stock file for a 2020 Hellcat Charger.

    I will let you know the OS for the HC is a bit different than a non hellcat, so there are probably plenty of tables that your car will not have

    Sorry to say but a hellcat file will not help you at all, totally 2 different systems,

    You put a sc on a 11:1 motor that has minimal ring land above the top ring of it's cast pistons

    What are you using for fuel?

    Ok thank you. So right now my car will start but dies within 2 seconds so I?m guessing me injector data is flawed somehow as I copied and pasted from a stock hellcat file. Whipple said the kit has stock hellcat injectors mid length and a 3 bar map sensor also from a stock hellcat I will copy injector data from your file and see if it will run. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.

    Check the FA Stoich. In the hellcat it was something around .0755 and mine is about .0670. Let me know if that helps.
    Dodge runs Fuel/air ratio vs air/fuel ratio so I have that screwed up. I was going the wrong way with adjustments. Im going to change to .700 and update.

    Here is my current tune. Remember I really have no clue what im doing but its running and driveable so far.
    I still have to go up on the stoich but other than that it should start. Mine is a Magnusun 2.3L. I have a 3.0L Whipple in the house for the new motor im building. With me working 12hr a day 7 days a week the motor and Whipple will be finished by May 2027.

    Hey,
    It was originally a 5.7 but I put in a 6.4. If I change it just to say 6.4 all the other modules freak out. The ABS, Traction Control and Cruise quit working unless I leave it as 5.7. Its weird.

    Hey,
    Be careful when copy and pasting the tables. Make darn sure the temperature / RPM tables are the same. For some dumb reason mine starts at -49f and the hellcat was something like -10f to start the graph. I have bumped up the Stoich to 0.0785 now and wow what a difference.

    In order to receive more useful replies/help its best to post up an accompanying datalog (with a wideband o2 trace) with your tunes.
