Hi, can a transmission relearn be done via VCM Scanner on a 2012 Ford F150 Raptor?

ok, update, full story
the transmission was replaced with a new one, so it seems that the Trans Mechatronic does not communicate with the PCM, leaves the trans in limp mode
Is the PCM mated with the Mechatronic, if so, can this be done with hptuners?
