I liscensed a TBSS for 4 credits right before they changed to 2,
is there anyway to reclaim them? I dont want to say I feel ripped off
but well......I feel cheated a little on this please tell me that I can get them back

the upgrade credit plan is still in effect so essentially you havent lost anything if you upgrade to the year/model license.
As far as them lowering the cost of the credits used consider it a good thing rather then bad.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I did upgrade right before I tuned a different TBSS,it used only 2 credits,but it still registered as 4 credits taken for the original TBSS?
Right. If you used 4 credits to tune your original TBSS, thats how it should read as thats how many you used.
Licenses do not change once they are licensed.

Also, make sure you are running version 2.1.16 as that has the credit cost reduction. Version 2.1.14 has the older 4 credits per Gen IV motor.
