Tuning advice Cats

Hey there new tuner here i hollowed out my cats and now im getting knock especially in the lower rpm 800 to 1500 rpm.
once i removed the cats got i got

p052a- Cold start intake camshaft position timing over advanced bank 1
P052c- Cold start intake camshaft position timing over advanced bank 2
P0022- Camshaft position timing over retarded bank 1
P0012- Camshaft position timing over retarded bank 2

I disabled cot.

I am wondering are there some options that i have to make changes to for not running cats?

Or do i just need to adjust the timing for knock?

do i have to do anything with speed density/maf?

Any information would greatly be appreciated
