2023 Outlander XXC rev limiting at 1400 RPM Notice and fix

So when tuning my Outlander I found that the last right cell causes the PCM to limit the RPM of the engine at 1400 RPM.

These are the best values Ive found to work at this point.

I think that last line is for something else and doesnt belong in that table. Even though its right in line with it in the Hex Addressing. Notice the RPM value is way out of whack.

I have re mapped most all of the tables to 9000 RPM

Update the first post with my latest findings to help others.

I have not tried slowly increasing the values as im not sure what it is exactly that they are effecting.

On the 2023 I was working on if the cells were not as I described. RPMS would no go above 1400. Its the only machine ive seen it happen on. Just thought it may help others if they experience the same thing.
