Low rpm, partial throttle knock<> WOT No Knock

I cant seem to figure out what is causing this low rpm part throttle knock. What seems to clear it up is laying into the throttle. Its a 4.8 remote mounted turbo running on 91 octane. 4l60e and 2.73 gear ratio sucks but is what it is. Making a pull wide open it seems to be happy (besides running out of fuel) But want to address this knock issue before going further. Hoping for suggestions on addressing the knock issue. Should i change knock sensors? Thanks in advance.

I forgot to add engine mods. So its a gen 3 4.8, gen 4 rods, Rings gapped for boost, LS7 Lifters, BTR 660 Springs, LJMS Stage 1 Turbo Cam, BorgWarner Cast S475 T4 1.1 a/r, Hotside consists of longtubes into 2.5 piping merges near trans tailshaft into single 2.5 inch up to the turbo. Cold side is 3 inch non intercooled from truck bed to intake. Probably more info than necessary, hopefully helpful
