Very interesting. How difficult will it be for these to be a plug and play for some vehicle models? I would love to drop this ecu into my 2003 chev silverado... i know that is very involved but one can hope! Looks like a very capable unit though, wonder what price point will be? 2-3k??

Looks like Tyco connectors so you would have to make a adapter harness from stock PCM connectors to the Tyco's.

Curious how this stacks up against the Holley ECU's.

Just the quick overview sounds like it'll do about anything a Dominator would do. I'm interested in how much better the software is going to be. For all the cool shit Holley can do their electronic throttle capabilities are very limited.

this will be the thing i am watching as well among other things.

i have used the holley in a couple projects and then took it out and ditched it. holley has some nice features but it is not reliable in my opinion, ie can unexpectedly lose its software load due to battery power issues, has basically zero diagnostics, and its idle control and other features and generally pretty crude imho

having some level of true diagnostics can be very helpful. being able to utilize maf or map as your choice. being robust so key on actually fires the engine every time (assuming engine is mechanically able to of course!)... options are all nice but fundamentals also need to work, this is where holley really missed the mark

Long shot but any plans to bring this ECU to BRP powersports to deal with the new highly encrypted stock ECUs?

Will there be a option for connector package instead of a harness?

    This is awesome news!
Please tell me HP Tuners are going to include other motors as well...FORD and not just the Coyote. I would hope they would get a head start on the 7.3 Godzilla platform!

Wonder if it be around $1500-$1600 like the new haltech. I defiantly want to purchase one and try it out.

If you come from Megaqsuirt comminity, stanalones are easy...but some double VR cranktriggers like I use to
fight with Yamaha might be challanging...I believe this is not intended to control any tramsmission.
    Trans controllers are something different.

Current trans support 4L60 and 65 with more to come. Would be super cool if they do the 6 speed autos.

The CAN networks are configurable so that'll be interesting.
