2003 SS Silverado Flex segment questions

I recently swapped the flex segments into a 2003 SS Silverado.

    The two files
    11-5-23 2003 SS silverado FLEX fuel.2.hpt

    10-29-23 2003 SS Silverado.13 egr airflow zeroed.hpt

After swapping the segments(engine/engine diag), I have been transferring all the tune data over to the new file. My question is on the electronic throttle control portion of the airflow tab. Desired throttle area tables are different from the 5.3 flex segment and the original 6.0 file. I don't want to mess it up, So I change the tables to what the original vehicle has? Is there anything else I need to know before I do this write entire? It'll probably be a few weeks. Clearly this is my first segment swap. Thanks for any info.

Use your original throttle control tables and all of the injector characterization data for whatever injectors you are using.

Thanks, just wanted to make sure. Since those tables have the brick the pcm warning in the description.
