Strange issue. Roush supercharged 16 PP

Hi Guys,

First time here. I am fairly new to the tuning world , but i am trying to figure out an issue with my 2016 Roush supercharged PP car. It has a 72mm pulley, LTH, full 3'' catback, JLT intake , VMP twin 67 mm throttle , ID1050x , VMP bap and complete UPR catch can. The car is on 93 octane and it dynoed and drives well normally. There are times though when i start it up and it idles at 10.9afr with -20% - -25%. Fuel pressure is consistent at 56psi. It hesitates and breaks up under throttle. After driving around for a very long time, sometimes over an hour, it will go back to normal parameters and drive perfectly normal again. Is there something temperature related that specifically affect this that i can see in the data log?
