I've started working on my VE again
and it really seems I have gotten it alot closer and better than from when it was
messed with by another member

No, only Open Loop mode and PE mode disregards the o2's.

i take it you replaced the hacked up throttle body and the maf you butchered that you posted pics of for "your ported tb and maf"?
