While I run my Data log I have noticed that the throttle body is reducing its opening from 99% to 60% along with this the PSI is dropping

It can be several things. Without looking at the tune and maybe a log we would just be guessing.

How can I attach the tune and the data log?
The buttons to the bottom right of where you construct your post. The "go advanced" button. Hit that. Then you'll have a little paper clip button for "manage attachments".
