year/make/model & details of what youve done & what your trying to do would be nice...help us help you.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Don't forget to hit disconnect on the scanner before using VCM Editor to flash.

^^^ Yep, the #1 reason for "No Communications" after using the scanner.
My #1 thing I always forget to do too... LOL
