PCM swap PT Cruiser 2.4 Turbo

    -I have a 2006 PT Cruiser 2.4 Turbo
-The is an internal code to PCM , (I don't recall the number)
-The issue is no speedometer - no cruise control .
-Transmission performance is good , so is engine
-I found a 2003 PT 2.4 turbo PCM , I compare pin out vs 2006 PCM , most fit the pin location
but the 2003 does not have CAN communication at pin 34 and 35 See pdf files for pin out
-The PCM looks like the one on my 2007 Magnum , same connectors . does that make it NGC4 ?
-Do I just read my 2003 PCM , Install the 2006 the push software from 2003 to 2006 and Bingo ?
    Thanks , Marc2003 PT.pdf2006 PT.pdf

Start here and see if the hardware is the same. Unlikely it is unfortunately.
I have purchased a few PT Cruiser PCM from here. Price is good but there were times that it took a couple weeks to get.

I saw these guys on ebay I think. I made the bet already buying the 03 PCM . Since the connectors were the same and because NGC4 can have very different options depending
on what year vehicle they are , 75$ was a cheap bet . I will keep this updated. Thanks !!

    I'm Late !!
I did install the 2003 PT Turbo PCM on the 2004 , changed the VIN with my Snap On Solus
Car runs great , speedo came back to life and cruise control is working as it should
Strangely , we lost the Fan control and I have a code for AC pressure too high.
    although no fan relay codes.
I suspect a different pin out , specially for AC pressure.
I will read the car and see if some change can be made.
