    Trouble purchasing credits for MVPI2

    I got to my account, click my devices. click add credits. go to cart, checkout enter info like card number hit submit and get:

    "Cannot add credits to the <serialnumber>. Contact [email protected] for more information"

    it wont let me upload a screen shot, but its just a banner at the top of check page.

    any one else have this issue, emailed support, havent gotten a reply yet....

    i bought more credits for a 2 a couple weeks ago... no problem

    i am sure they will help you give them more money

    prolly jump right on that one ha

    what is your ticket number? I'll be happy to review the status.

    Hey Bill,
    I submitted twice on the site and got no email with a ticket number. I just submitted via email and got a ticket 435461

    I think your website support request is not working, or its not sending a ticket received confirmation.
