E41 Issues

Goodafternoon I was looking to see if I could get some help regarding and E41 ECM I have the unlocker. The first time I went to load the new file in it said completed but when I went to start the truck it wouldn?t start, no communication with ECM, had to buy another ecm, with the new ecm went to load the file in once again this time it didn?t even try to load the file just said x7F right away now no communication with ECM.
