Audi 3.0t B8.5 IE throttle body tuning

I have a 2013 S5 that I tune with HPTuners. I have aquired an IE throttle body kit from buying a junk car for a spare transmission. The car has the full IE intake and upgraded throttle body on it. I'm wondering what I would have to do in order to put it on my S5. Is this something I can even do with HPTuners? From what I have read, the after market TB are Hemi and you need tuning to make them work properly. Sounds like firmware to me but I don't know.
    Thanks

It can be done with HPTuners. I haven't scoured for what parameters would need changing though. Anyone else maybe have any other tips?

    ***UPDATE***
This is for anyone who has found this thread and was looking for information. I was able to successfully tune the IE throttle body.
For reference they use a Continental A2C59513666 throttle body.
The only information that needed to be updated to make this work was the cross sectional area data and the voltage for the TB start.
Hopefully that helps with anyone else trying to do this.

Do you have to make a cable adapter for the 5.7 dodge ram A2C59513666 throttle body?

The blown S4 that I bought had the full Integrated Engineering throttle body kit on it. It did have the cable extension with it. I haven't actually checked if it's a different plug or not. I can do that and get back to you on it. Yes it does seem to be the same part as the 5.7 Dodge ram TB. The TB itself will not fit without Integrated Engineering's adapter to the supercharger, as the diameters are different, bolt pattern would not match up and the throttle body itself just wouldn't fit. I don't think retrofitting that throttle body without some sort of adapter plate/pipe would be possible.

Looks like jackal motorsport does the cable for $25. I have a lathe and could make an aluminum adapter for the throttle body easily enough.
