Hey guys,
I hope it's okay to post here since this is off-topic. I see these forums come up in my google searches lots, so thought I would try my luck.

I've been chasing an intermittent hesitation issue with my 2009 Lexus GS460 (1UR-FSE) that I can't pin down. I'll put some high-level information below.

Is there anything you guys can think of that would be making the ECM only command the throttle open about 40% when I'm wide-open throttle? This has to be something that doesn't cause an error code to be logged. Feel like the car is learning something and adjusting for it? Short and long term fuel trims look okay and under 10%.

-Issue appears to start after sitting in traffic for a large amount of time. Say 30min stopped. This has happened twice. It has also started after some very heavy driving for 5-10min and then parking at gas station to fill up for 10min.
-When hesitation is there, I can see with scan tool that car isn't commanding full open throttle from throttle body. Reading goes to ~40% instead of ~80% when car is happy.
-No codes on vehicle with tech stream or obd2 tool
-Battery reset helps to fix the issue.

Image below shows some full pulls with red line being throttle position and green being commanded throttle actuation.
