SRT_Durango - Does not Upshift 1st-2nd

I have a Durango SRT which I cant make it upshift 1st-2nd if I WOT from a complete stop.

Not sure if it is a transmission tune or engine tune. Running on E85.

I already tried changing shift schedule, pressure, torque converter, torque management, timing, ... No good results so far.

I am adding the latest tune and log (hopefully every single PID is included).

Any help is VERY MUCH appreciated!
