    Escalating support ticket process?

    I'm going on what I feel is a lengthy stint of trying to resolve a license key issue through the support e-mails where I'm being repeatedly sent the same license key for new orders. Vehicle is waiting, owner isn't happy, and I'm spinning my wheels presumably because I don't run current software (I don't understand how my software version impacts their license key generation). Just need to loop somebody in that can help resolve this in some kind of a timely manner.
