LQ4 Start up Tune Needed

I would like to hire someone to prepare me a start up tune for my swap. I have a 2003 LQ4 and ecu out of a 2003 Sierra 2500. The engine has been rebuilt with flat top pistons, 243 heads, Dorman ls2 intake, ls3 injectors, and a Truck Norris Cam. I have a MPVI2 to use. I have the stock file as well. Any recommendations? Also i have a 4L60e instead of the original 4L80e.
