trying to load up a tune file and keep getting this. I have been able to load it up a couple times but most of the time this happens and it never actually loads and I cant close the software. it will do it with other files as well so I don't think its a file problem Its the same with the scanner. any ideas? I have updated the latest software and tried installing older ones too but the same thing happens. any help would be appreciated thanks!
One drive has been completely uninstalled?
have you tried saving the .hpt files elsewhere and the problem persists?
did you start a ticket?
one drive is still installed. what is the reasoning behind uninstalling it?
I updated the MPVI drivers this time as well as the software and that seems to have fixed the file opening problem on both the scanner and editor. but there is a new problem.Screenshot (16).pngScreenshot (17).png
this happens when I try to read a vehicle. i will open a support ticket and see what they say.
you able to post the work ford.hpt file for review?
