Did you ever change the stall tq setting and see if it made a difference?

im not sure how it all relates as i havnt had much luck getting repeatable data from the TC system with its available data knowing if x adjustment does x affect, but i did notice with yours that the TC max torque maxed out at 8135 if i lower that by the requested torque of 7% (so 7% of the 8135 = 569nm) in your log that is pretty much within 50nm torque of the engine torque u are showing, so im not sure if it is only getting a small TC request but that small request is a decent cut based on the huge max torque value ? this prob dosnt go anywhere but just clutching at ideas of a cause, also have u tried setting the limiter to ''calibration'' and not gmlan just encase some background GM setting is affecting it
