ive asked for help with not being able to sync my mvpI2 for a year now and was told to submit a ticket and still no reply from bill. bill closed my post and never got in contact with me yet. why? not good customer service. so bill you plan on helping or no?

bill is correct on the incorrect email. how i dont know, been typing that email for years but it happened. will try the beta when i get back in the states to see if that fixed the issue, i was also told that this issue might be from a bad ecm/tcm. will report later.
get things situated by finding the problem that we are having with our cars with the reading and writing. once everything is ok, we plan on getting 2 of the MVPI3.
well i made no mistakes on my email and ive checked my spam and nothing, after submitting what was asked from me, everything isnt working now, some feels that is funny and entertaining? i dont. im asking for help with a please suffix to it.
