Help, RTD Flasher error trying to open my new tune

I am using 5 Star Tunning and they sent my tune via Google drive download rather than adding it to the TDN. Now I'm forced to use my laptop and RTD Flash to load the tune versus my phone and the TDN network. When I try and open either of the two tunes my tuner sent me, I get this error
