    Tuning NA ecu for turbo

Cheers guys, I've hit a bit of a roadblock with my newest project and I'm not sure how to proceed. I've got an na bf2 burnout car that I melted 3 pistons in so safe to say she's gone. I picked up a turbo territory to swap out all the running gear and ecu and have a turbo skidda for the pad, seemed simple enough but boy was I wrong. Found our from a mate that the ecu is paired with the ignition, tcm bcm and associated keys, but out of fear the territory and falcon wiring and stuff is not the same I do not want to have to swap all those electrics over (tcm in particular means diving into my auto zf6 and swapping over tcms with no concrete proof it'll even work) so now I'm a bit stuck. Does anyone here know if I swap all those electrics it'll all be the same and just start? And now for the stupid questions, is there any way I can download the tune off the territory ecu and flash it over to the na bf ecu? Or can I get a generic bf xr6t tune and load it over that way? I'm really out of my depth and have no clue how to proceed. I live extremely far away from anyone who can tune factory falcon ecus and am not in the financial situation to do that. Both cars are 2007 if that helps and I have the whole territory parts car, again this car is just a dedicated burnout car I don't want to have to spend any more on the car if possible. Cheers for the help guys

If you have forscan you can link the terri turbo ecu to the stuff in the bf.
If the zf is from the Terri turbo all will be fine but think you will need to swap some of the body loom.
If zf is from N/A the tcm will need the matching tcm flash to it or change the parameters to match ecu to tcm.
