RTD+ change of Tuner/Workshop/Dealer

Hi,

couldnt find an answer to this yet

purchased RTD+ with enough credits for engine and transmission at Tuner/Workshop/Dealer "A"

for whatever reason (dealer/tuner too busy, sickness, bankruptcy, not satisfied) want to change the tuner/workshop...
can the new Tuner/Workshop/Dealer "B" use my same RTD+ as before? Or need to purchase all over again RTD+ and Credits?

I apologize, the previous information provided was incorrect. RTD's are locked to the respective shop, they cannot be used between different shops.
