23 Hellcat injector tuning issue

Hope everyone is good i recently had a customer bring in his 2023 Hellcat Jailbreak. So we installed a 2.85 upper pulley 180 thermostat catless race mid pipes and the usual 2309 ngk spark plugs and the fic 1000cc injectors. My tuner started doing the tuning portion and it did not like the injector data at all he tried to use multiple data and nothing. Has anyone figured out what could be done to be able to change data and it actually working. here is the stock file if anyone can tell me that be great cause it would not start correctly once it warmed up.

if the data (the "data avg" that they supply) does not work you are pretty well screwed

no one on this end is gonna have the numbers you need

its trial and error and a losing battle

This is going to sound stupid and redundant, but also double and triple check data table scaling and file table scaling. It happens.

I did gather proper injector data from Fic directly and then tried a set of 1200cc from fic same issue. So we tested injector tuning by installing the factory ones back on and tuning those and the pcm took modding the injector data. but i even opened up a brand new box of id 1050's we used the data from that and still the vehicle did not like it. man adding all these parameters to 23 cars is the stupidest thing in the plnet i say its so much better to tune the 16 hellcats then these turds.

If the above does not work:

Try adjusting these values in the way I did. I'm using a 19' file because I had a definition error with the one you provided.

stock tune.hpt 43230, 43231, 37842.hpt

You really only need to adjust 80-240ms on the maximum, and 37842.


I had a car with ID1050x's + 2.85 with all sorts of startup issues until I adjusted those tables. Hope this helps.

Only for selected injectors...they sell some with really horrible data
