    Email Support- Trying To Get Response (Resolved, it was my error)

    I'm hoping someone from HP Tuners will see this. I created a new ticket to support on 9/29/24 regarding transfer of ownership of a MPVi3 device I purchased from someone. I haven't seen any response. I have been checking spam folder as well. My ticket number is 451549. If HP Tuners support see this can you review this? Thank you.

    Our tech did reply on Sept 30th in the AM.

    Here is his reply "Your all set to add the interface to your account."

    I'm an idiot. Somehow I deleted the email from my inbox along with some garbage emails I receive daily. I found the 9/30 email your team sent out in my deleted email folder. Thank you very much for your help.
