Gen 1 Turbo Coyote Light Pedal Surge

Hey guys, I have exhausted my knowledge on this issue. I have tried everything I know to do and am still coming up blank on a solution.

Car does everything fantastic except it has a light pedal surge. Happens parked and while driving.

I have posted the latest tune and log file. Any ideas are appreciated.

i am NOT a tuner but i think your Throttle Angle Minimum is set way too high. i could be wrong but 4.5* sounds like too much, i believe you should be around .080*

Oh and also why is Tip In disabled?
