e-locker parameters?

Has anyone submitted to support or have a parameter that can be set for the e-locker to force it locked past 20mph?

I've been told in a raptor it will stay locked in sport/sand mode past 100mph and 20mph in other drive modes. To me that screams it's a parameter in the ECU, rather then trying to manually wire a switch for my twin turbo f150 to lock the thing up I'd love to control it in the tune.

i would be willing to bet that is in the BCM or a DTCM not the PCM
